REFUND & WORK PROCESS

▪ Prices are subject to change based on quality of my future work.▪ I have the right to reject any order for any reason.
ㅤㅤ- You can ask me or check my Do's or Don't(s) to ensure you understand my preferences.▪ No refunds on commissioned artwork/customs/etc.
ㅤㅤ- In case I'm unable to complete your commission, you will receive a full refund.▪ There will be five free revisions during the sketch and coloring process, any edits made afterwards will cost you a fee.
ㅤㅤ- Please do not edit or alter my artwork.
ㅤㅤ- Errors on my end (eg. design mistakes) will always be fixed for free.▪ I only accept payment in USD or BRL through paypal, stripe or PIX.▪ Payment can be done 100% upfront or split half upfront and half after sketch approval.▪ Commission process can last from two days to four months, according to order.
ㅤㅤ- If the process is slower than expected, it is due to my full time job or personal problems.

USAGE & RIGHTS

▪ All commissions are personal by default.▪ Prices for Commercial usage are doubled " 2x " from my personal/non-commercial commission.
ㅤㅤ- Limited non-profit physical merchandise is included in personal use.
ㅤㅤ- Promotion of or any association with vtubing is considered commercial use.▪ Using my personal and commissioned artwork for cryptographic assets or Artificial intelligence (AI) Is strictly prohibited.▪ Do not claim my artwork as yours.
ㅤㅤ- When uploading publicly, please credit me.▪ Do not crop/edit out my watermark.
ㅤㅤ- You may request an unwatermarked version, but my watermark is usually tiny and unobtrusive.▪ I retain copyright of all my work, and have the right to display it as part of my portfolio or on social media.▪ Publication of commercial work can be postponed to a specific date.▪Sketches and thumbnails not selected or used by clients remain my intellectual property and may be used by me for personal or commercial purposes.
